Expert Ancileo is an insurtech that provides technology solutions to Insurers, Reinsurer and Brokers. Our team works directly with customer teams on technical development, design, marketing, operations, and strategy to power digital insurance partnerships globally.
Currently live in 23 countries with a top Global Insurer and integrated with 20+ top ⅓ distribution partners, recently backed by a Singapore listed company we are expanding and we are looking for a Tech Lead to manage a growing development team.
You will oversee and coordinate the development work between project team’s software engineers, Core platform developers, Business Analyst and business team, you will ensure they are all aligned with our business objectives. You will have to work closely with the Head of Engineering, CTO, Project Managers, Product Owners on allocating resources, prioritising tasks and ensuring they all use the right tooling.
We are looking for someone with past experience as a Tech Lead.
