Your Role:

You will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. You will plan and designate project resources, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. This is all done within the confines of a company's goals and vision.

You will be reporting to the Service Delivery Lead.

Responsibilities

● Determine and define project scope and objectives
● Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
● Track project progress in order to meet deadlines
● Identify risks and dependencies across Ancileo’s business functions to ensure a smooth and timely delivery
● Provide clarity and direction to the development team on task
● Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
● Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
● Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
● Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
● Track the quality and status of deliverables and ensure readiness for delivery of project
● Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

● Bachelor degree in computer science, business, or a related field
● 5-8 years of project management and related experience
● Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
● Proven ability to solve problems creatively
● Strong familiarity with project management software tools, agile methodologies, and best practices
● You have extensive experience in working with multi skilled digital team (Architects, Project Managers, Designers, Software Engineers and QA Engineers
● Experience in using API platforms such as Postman, exposure to API specifications/ documentation and work with stakeholders to provide for a seamless integration experience

● Gathering functional requirements, developing technical specifications and liaising with the technical team for implementation / review.
● Proceed with impact analysis + risk analysis including detection of possible involvement with compliance (payment card / personal information collection) and definition of retention rules to ensure operations continue running as normal for all implemented projects.
● Plan and organize tasks for development teams.
● Build documentation of systems and processes with assistance of technical teams when needed.
● Review timelines and ensure these can be met / communicate risks or delays.

Requirements:

● 3+ years experience developing web applications / managing small teams
● 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst or role involving gathering requirements with customers

o Backend and front applications built with Laravel

You will oversee and coordinate the development work between project team’s software engineers, Core platform developers, Business Analyst and business team, you will ensure they are all aligned with our business objectives. You will have to work closely with the Head of Engineering, CTO, Project Managers, Product Owners on allocating resources, prioritising tasks  and ensuring they all use the right tooling.

• Experience with Laravel and/or NodeJS
